World Servants
Who is World Servants?
World Servants is a non-profit organization focused on mobilizing groups of people, as large as a church and as small as a family, for short term mission work. Their area of mission spreads both nationally and internationally. Rooted in the Christian faith, participants of their mission trips work as servants and learners, aiding in a major construction project and taking part in fellowship with locals.
Why are we looking to our community for help?
Mission trips of this kind are not for everyone. We hope that through this race, those in our community who are not able to take part in such travels can contribute to the betterment of the lives of these orphans. The children will call the orphanage their home, but it will also be yours given to them because of your participation. We pray that through participation in this race, members of our community will become aware of, feel connected to, and give what they can for these children.
Is World Servants a 501c3 organization?
Yes, World Servants is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization governed by an elected Board of Directors. As a member of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA) World Servants complies fully with all ECFA rules and guidelines for Christian ministries.
